The Balearic Islands are an archipelago of stunning sun soaked islands situated in the Mediterranean Sea, off the east coast of Spain. The four largest islands are Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. With wonderful scenery and jaw-dropping beaches, they are easily accessible on a 2 hour flight from the UK.

Mallorca (or Majorca) is the largest island, known for its scenic coastline, fertile interior and the rugged Tramuntana mountains, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The capital of Palma de Mallorca has a beautiful Gothic cathedral with an altar canopy designed by Gaudí, and the imposing Royal Palace of La Almudaina. Once you have explored the city, hire a car and head out to discover the island’s many traditional Spanish villages. Menorca is much smaller and quieter, whilst Ibiza has the reputation of being a ‘party island’. We offer a range of hotels, each offering an excellent base from which to explore.
